This Privacy Policy explains how Vibel Team ("Vibel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Vibel mobile application and related services (the "Service").
Vibel is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Service.

5) Location Information

6) Photos and Face Data
The Service may allow you to upload images for certain features.
- No face recognition / biometrics: We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect or infer biometric identifiers or biometric information from your photos.
- One-time processing and deletion: If you upload an image for a feature, we process it for that purpose and delete it from our servers immediately after processing is completed, unless retention is required for security, legal obligations, or you explicitly request otherwise.
- Local storage by default: Where possible, outputs are stored locally on your device by default.
- No training or marketing use: We do not use your photos to train models and we do not use them for marketing.
7) AI/Automated Processing Features (Chat and Interactive Challenges)
Vibel includes features that may use automated processing to generate responses in chat and to power interactive challenges.
If you choose to submit text (and where applicable, images) to these features:
- Processing location: The submitted text and/or images are processed on Vibel’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share the submitted text/images or the generated outputs with any third party for processing, hosting, or model training.
- Deletion after processing: We delete the submitted text/images from our servers immediately after processing is completed, except where longer retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to fulfill a user request.
- User control: You decide whether to upload content and whether to use generation features.

We do not sell your personal information.
9) How We Share Information
We share information only as described below, and only to the minimum extent necessary:

Cross-border transfers may occur. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

No system is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.

15) Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to privacy will be governed by the laws of Vibel Team’s principal place of business (without regard to conflict of laws principles) and resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
